High-poly preview
Create a front and back view render of your item in A-pose. It must be a PNG with a resolution of 2000 × 2000 px, have a transparent background, high poly-count and enough lighting to showcase the elements of the piece.
Item file: ZPRJ or OBJ
One or both of the following options:
- ZPRJ project containing your design made in CLO or Marvelous Designer
- OBJ file for extra elements or non-garment wearables like wings, body modifications and more.
All items should be made to fit our avatar:
⚠️ Please don't move the avatar in the scene.
The default placement (under the grid) is correct and required to track the garment in the app. To avoid simulation bugs, disable Ground Collision.
Texture pack
A folder with all your textures in a PNG 16-bit texture pack
2000 × 2000 px and up to 2 MB for each map:
- Diffuse map
- Metalness map
- Roughness map
- Height map
- Normal map
Video texture (optional)
Currently you can only use a video texture for a diffuse map.
.MP4 video texture: 2048 × 2048 px, encoded with H.265/HEVC, 30 fps, up to 10 seconds loop (10 Mb max size).
Item design requirements
Keep in mind that your item’s shape cannot be changed during the simulation. So, when shaping the item, think about how it will fit.
Please pay attention to the following:
Multi-layered items are impossible to create, for example a dress with many inner layers.
Headwear (hoods are headwear too), shoes, bags, and other accessories are not compatible at the moment.
Items with the collar above the chin level are currently incompatible.
Sleeves shouldn't be longer than the wrist.
Items with long train are incompatible.
Full white (#FFFFFF) and full black (#000000) items are not recommended due to lighting and shadows.
